Movement for kiddos is important. At Tumble, we strongly believe Gymnastics creates a foundation for all future sports and supports both motor skill and cognitive development. Flipping somersaults is not only fun, it’s a gateway to body awareness and skills that last a lifetime. Here's a message from Occupational Therapist, Katie LaBonte, MS OTR/L:


"Now, almost more than ever, incorporating daily movement into our kiddos lives is so important. We know that exercise is needed for healthy development and is an excellent outlet for big emotions and high energy reserves. Walks, hikes and bike rides are a fun way to get outside, but having on-demand access to Tumble classes and extra content will be the perfect addition to your stay-at-home movement options! 


We love Tumble because it offers full body movement and strengthening (including our upper body which is SO important for fine motor development!!), opportunities for problem solving and body awareness and is an amazing sensory integration experience with all of the jumps, rolls, stretching and, well, tumbling!"
